Judith Clegg - Founder The Glasshouse, Co-founder SCT
Judith founded the Glasshouse in 1998. An entrepreneur in her own right she has also worked with a wealth of entrepreneurial companies including, Pret A Manger, and Yo! Sushi and the Ministry of Sound. She is the founder of Venturing Unlimited a venture consulting firm with entrepreneurial, investor and blue chip clients in the UK, US and the Far East and is a partner in Bluewolf Films, a British film company. Malloy, the first feature film on Bluewolf's slate, is a stylish reworking of film noir set in present day London. With a £7.5m budget it is scheduled for production in Spring 2008. Prior to that as Associate Director of the Egremont Group Judith advised some of the UK's best known retailers, leisure companies and private equity firms. She has also worked with Lord Philip Gould the political strategist and pollster to Tony Blair, the Labour party and world leaders including Bill Clinton. Earlier in her career Judith was a Founding Director and COO of Moonfruit the award winning online website builder and social network, backed by substantial European and US funding from Bainlab, Europe@web and Macromedia. Moonfruit was sold to Gandi.net in 2005. Judith started her career as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Michael Smith - Co-founder SCT
Michael co-founded gadgets, games and gifts e-tailer Firebox.com in 1998. The company has grown rapidly and recently featured on the Sunday Times Fast Track list as the 13th Fastest growing company in the UK. In 2003 Michael launched a very unusual interactive entertainment business called Mind Candy. The company specialises in puzzles and Alternate Reality Games. The first game to launch is a global treasure hunt called Perplex City that is played simultaneously by thousands of people around the world via email, web, mobile, print and a wide range of other media.

Andrea zur Strassen - Events Director

Andrea has been working as an Event and Film Producer for 8 years, nationally and internationally. She creates and organises events/films for international companies such as The National Gallery , Human Rights Watch, and UBS Bank, amongst others. She is a natural networker and also does trend-spotting for cscout.com. Andrea was a documentary film-maker and has wide experience of broadcast projects - on subjects like Mummies, London Art Deco, Skin colours, Autism, Alzheimer's - for the Discovery Channel. Once arrived in London in 2003, she founded her events/film company Creativity-in-Action.com and created the Network called 'The Nomads' which has grown since into a truly global and cosmopolitan organisation for people on the move.

Bruno Selun - Assistant Events Manager

Having worked in events management for the past 4 years, Bruno has taken part in the organisation of a variety of events—conferences, seminars, demonstrations, thematic weeks, press conferences... He has organised international events in France, Austria, Italy, Hungary and the United Kingdom, in partnership with institutions such as the European Commission or the Council of Europe. Bruno is currently working for the Glasshouse and the International Gay and Lesbian Youth Organisation. He expects to graduate in 2008.
